Multifarious Challenges are being faced by
organizations in today’s competitive Global
economy. In order to handle the divers and
contrary situations in the competitive
world, management education programs should
be designed systematically to enhance
skills, leadership qualities, team
orientation, of future managers, by exposing
them to the latest problems and improving
their managerial competence. These programs
must be so designed as to train the
participants, to be result-oriented by being
proficient in both, strategy formulation, as
well as, successful implementation.
PGDM (Two Years, Six Trimester Program) is
far more comprehensive in building a
holistic personality that is analytical,
creative and result-oriented. The Students
opting for PGDM also become much sought
after due to their vast exposure to the real
world of business through live projects,
industry internship, and learning through
exchange program and of course the rigor of
classroom participation and interaction.
